The works consisted of the complete internal and external refurbishment of the dwellings in phases to facilitate the decanting of Tenants as the works progressed. The works consisted of chimney stack removal, structural beam replacements to support the existing roof structure, stripping and re-tiling roofs, new uPVC fascias, soffits and rainwater goods, new uPVC windows and internal doors, new kitchens, bathrooms, new electrical and plumbing/heating installations, boilers, external oil tanks, internal plasterworks, wall tiling, decoration. Installation of a structural waterproof cavity insulation system and re-rendering of all external elevations with contrasting pre coloured Saint Gobain render and coloured dash, together with renewal of external mains services.
