Extension and Alterations to form New Customer Services Suite, at Isle of Man Post Headquarters, Braddan

The works involved the removal of the existing small front access to the Postal Collection Point at the Post Office Headquarters for the construction of a New Collection Facility complete with larger counter area, postal facility, interview room and an enhanced Private Boxes area including alterations to the frontage to create a new paved access with automatic doors within a new glazed curtain wall structure. The works were completed on time within the 22 week contract period so that the Post Office had the new facility available to cope with the pre Christmas 2012 rush for parcel and post collections with a reported foot fall recorded of some 2000 customers from 3^rd to 24^th December.
